To enable Hik-Connect services on your Hikvision device, please follow the steps below:
First, make sure your device is connected to the internet. You can connect it using either a wired or wireless network.
Log in to your device using the web browser interface or the Hik-Connect mobile app.
In the web browser interface, go to the Configuration tab, and then select Network > Platform Access.
Enable the Hik-Connect option and then click on the "Register" button.
A new window will pop up, and you will be prompted to create an account. Enter your email address, username, and password, and then click on "Register."
